Order Process

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping prices depend on total order size/weight. Our website will be calculated the shipping cost automatically for FEDEX, DHL or EMS company.
Generally orders are shipped through UPS and DHL within 2-3 working days or EMS within 10-15 working days. However, an extension can be made if the buyer and supplier mutually agree on a new date.
If the buyer did not receive the goods (goods still in transit) even after being shipped by the supplier, the buyer needs to contact the supplier negotiate a longer shipping period. If the supplier has not shipped the order before the agreed date, the buyer can always contact the supplier to agree a new date; or make a Express Delivery.
Customs Documents
Especially if you want customs declaration, we accept only Bank Wire Transfer (T/T payments) for shipments clearing customs. We can prepare a movement certificate ATR, FORM A, EUR1 or EUR-MED for your shipment according to your country.

Tracking Your Order
After we has confirmed shipment, we will give you a Tracking Number for your order. Use the tracking number to track delivery at any stage on the shipping company's website.
